Hangzhou Dekaili Dental Lab. was founded in 2014 by Mr. Zeng Xiangjun. Rooted in Linping Biomedical High-tech Industrial Park, a core area of the Yangtze River Delta in Hangzhou, the company has built a brand-new digital intelligent dental laboratory on Xingxing Road, Xingqiao Subdistrict, Linping District. Boasting a modern production base covering 20,000 square meters, it is a National High-tech Enterprise integrating R&D, intelligent manufacturing, sales and value-added technical services of dental restorations, and fully holds complete formal qualifications for Class III medical devices.
Mr. Zeng Xiangjun, the founder, has been engaged in the dental restoration industry since 1998. With more than two decades of dedication and intensive research in this sector, he leads the company toward steady growth and builds a benchmark for large-scale digital intelligent manufacturing in the industry. The enterprise employs over 1,000 senior professional technicians and is equipped with top-tier hardware resources: more than 200 5-axis zirconia milling machines, over 200 dedicated milling equipment for implant abutments and frameworks, Citizen precision processing machines imported from Japan, and over 180 resin 3D printers. Multiple AI intelligent production lines have been put into operation. In cooperation with leading domestic robotics enterprises, we have jointly developed dedicated intelligent manufacturing robots for dental restorations and achieved mass production. Supported by mainstream dental CAD systems, we provide one-on-one customized digital modeling services compatible with precision processing of multiple materials.
